Refund policy

Returns

  • Customers are allowed to request a return, exchange, or refund within a 21 days window after receiving their products.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must include a picture with some text explaining the reason for return request.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Any damages related to manufacturing, or shipping procedures will make the item ineligible for return, refund or exchange.
  • Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • To be eligible for a refund, customers are requested to ship their item back to the address they received it from.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • Then your refund will be processed, and your money will automatically be sent to your bank account within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items.
