-INVERT TRIANGLE: This going to be the first body type talking about because less than 5% of women have this body type. This doesn't mean you don't have a lot of styles to choose from though. Your main focus should be creating a balance between your top half and bottom half so you can look amazing all the time. First, you don't want to draw attention to your shoulders, and you can do that by wearing well-fitted blouses and dark color jackets, also a v-neck and a square neck in a stretchy material almost always look good on your body type. As for the bottom half, high waist pants and skirts will flatter your body and add instant curves and definition to your hips. The good part is anything from Bootcut jeans to straight leg pants will look well on you.

-HOURGLASS: This body type is the most popular amongst men. A lot of people believe this the ideal body type, but just like the others, this one is also tricky to dress. Let's get into it. First, you want to show curves instead of hiding them, and you do that by emphasizing on your small waist as much as you can so all the attention would go to your sexy curvy hips and shoulders. You can achieve this by wearing crop tops, wrap dresses, pencil skirts, and anything else that accentuates your curves and smooth out your thighs. We highly suggest staying away from baggy clothes. Be proud of your curves, add a belt to your dress and stop everyone on their tracks.

-THE RECTANGLE: This body type is trickiest because if you have it that means that your shoulders, waist, and hips have the same width. As we just said ladies with this body type are perfectly in proportion and usually have a short waist and a small but. The good news is although it's tricky, it's also easy for you to play up your physical shape simply by wearing clothing that will create the illusion of a more defined waist. This will balance the rest of your body. We highly recommend that you refrain from tucking in your shirt. Also, blouses and dresses with an empire waist will really accentuate your body and make you look fabulous.


-THE APPLE SHAPE: If you have this body shape then we have good news for you. There is an infinite amount of ways to flatter your body, and it all starts with bringing attention to your best features. this body type also can benefit a lot from ruching fabrics that gather at the torso. Empire waist dresses are you, friend because they highlight the narrowest part of the upper body and camouflage the stomach area, we also recommend long tunics simply because they can slim down your torso and lengthen your upper body.

-THE TRIANGLE: This is the most common body type of all. The trick to dressing this body type is to wear clothing that will make your shoulders look wider so they would look in proportion with your waist and hips, and you can also wear clothing that will give a slimming appearance to your hips and legs. Also, make sure to wear light colors, that will attract attention to your upper body, This is an advanced trick, but showing your shoulders in one-shoulder blouses and tank tops, wearing jackets will also give quite the volume to your upper body.
